LifeWellTravel commit to be as accurate as possible in the description of the goods displayed on the Website. All the information provided are accurate, complete and reliable. You can contact our Customer Service team if you would like more information about a product. Please note that the product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we try to display colors accurately, there is no guarantee that the color displayed on your computer accurately reflect the actual color of the products.
If an item you ordered is not as described, or is defected, you can return it to us. Consumers have the right to return items that are faulty or not as described. These Terms and Conditions will not interfere with your rights.
LifeWellTravel reserves the rights to refuse orders, when (1) your order is out of stock; (2) your card issuer reject an authorization request or (3) there are error in product or pricing information. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and specifying the details such as product, color and quantity. This email is only an acknowledgement for information purposes, which is not concludes the contract between you and LifeWellTravel.
The contract become effective, only after those products listed in the dispatch confirmation email.
Prices shown on the site are in HK Dollars. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The price of a product displayed on site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in the case of patent error.
If you are a customer whose credit card is denominated in any other currency than HKD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
We are unable to offer price adjustments on items. Once an item has been purchased whether online or in-store, no price adjustment will be offered. Prices between stores and online may vary. We do not offer price adjustments on this variance.
Payment can be made through Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. LifeWellTravel will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. Users must confirm that they are the owner of Paypal account or credit/debit card, or you have been specifically authorized by the owner of Paypal account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If card issuer refuses to authorize payment to LifeWellTravel, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-deliver.
To ensure the safety of your data and securing your payment information is key importance when shopping online so we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your details. If you are a registered LifeWellTravel user, we will keep your credit/debit card details in our system. This information is encrypted in a secure host environment.
The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation email. Delivery time may vary depending on your delivery address. We will try to ensure that your order is delivered by the estimated delivery date if given, but there may be circumstances where delivery is delayed due to events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will try and arrange for your products to be delivered as soon as possible. However, we will not be liable to you for any losses caused because of such delay.
If no one is available at your address to sign for your order, our delivery partner will leave you message and you will need to contact them to rearrange delivery. 7. Our liability
If we fail to fulfill these Terms and Conditions while provide the services to you, we will be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our negligence, for example at the time the contract is made, both you and LifeWellTravel knew it might happen.
We will not exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
